Alfred A. Spriggs

With over 20 years' experience as a Certified Substance Abuse Counselor, Alfred has owned and operated an outpatient substance abuse facility for seven years now. He also works at developing The Winners Advancing Victorious Empowerment (W.A.V.E) project. This project aims to bring awareness to the manifest, maintain, and multiply system of transformation.

Alfred holds a Bachelor's degree in psychology and a Master’s in accounting and financial management. An astute and compassionate being, he continues to share his experiences, strengths, and resources with others.

He proudly serves as our Chief Financial Officer. And when he's not managing financials, computer training or speaking engagements, Alfred spends his free time with his loving family.

Tricia Joseph

An NYPD Traffic Enforcement Agent, Tricia Joseph serves the public in ensuring the safety of pedestrians as they travel to and fro throughout any given day. This is the same care and attention Tricia devotes to our organization.

She spends her leisure time getting involved in volunteerism, with her two daughters and watching episodes of Law and Order. Tricia also enjoys cooking, traveling and giving back to her community.

Our savvy project forewoman, Tricia makes sure we're where people need us the most.

We value Tricia's tireless efforts, time and devotion to our cause.

Founder and Executive Director

We have many people volunteer for us each year and make the difference in the lives of youth and families. Find out how to become our partner.

Amarimba spearheads social development programs, recreational events, and educational workshops. After hosting a holiday party to make a valuable contribution to families of local homeless shelters in 2015, she was inspired to establish T.A.L.L.O.M.

A native of Trinidad, Amarimba migrated to the US in search of a better life for her family. A former health care finance administrator, she currently devotes her time, energy and passions to charitable works. A childhood survivor of poverty, low self-esteem and depression brought on by child molestation, Amarimba understands first-hand the need to protect the rights and well-being of children.

A fierce advocate for disadvantaged youth, her resourcefulness in finding innovative solutions to support inner-city youth is extraordinary. Amarimba is experiencing her life's purpose and takes great pleasure in contributing to her community. When she's not wielding her superpowers of love and compassion, Amarimba enjoys traveling, cooking, church fellowship, and reading. She is also fond of assisting her three beautiful daughters with Girl Scout activities.
